Leadership Profile
Our leadership comes directly from the elite ranks of the U.S. Army’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), the unit responsible for executing some of the most high-risk and high-precision aviation missions in modern warfare. Others are graduates of West Point and have proudly served in theaters across the globe, supporting missions that demanded split-second decision-making, advanced planning, and flawless execution under extreme conditions.
Origin Story
That firsthand experience shaped their understanding of the challenges commanders and aircrews face in planning, resourcing, and executing complex missions. Whether managing sustainment in austere environments, adapting flight operations to shifting mission parameters, or integrating training with real-world demands, they encountered obstacles that existing systems failed to address. These hard-won lessons—gained through years of combat-tested leadership—became the catalyst for FC Patriot Systems.
